He pays attention to detail and puts your interests first in everything he does. He’s very smart, honest, friendly and easy to talk to and a savvy negotiator. On top of all of that, you can tell he’s a decent man who genuinely wants to help you and your family to find the right property/house for you. He’s the unicorn of realtors except he’s real!!

I was struggling to find a place in the GTA and Anees reached out to me. It was a risk working with someone I had never met before but right off the bat, he gave a great first impression. He clearly knew his stuff and was very approachable. He’s an excellent communicator and was very reliable throughout the stressful process of house hunting. Anees is a genuinely nice person and his honesty and transparency is what makes him stand out amongst other realtors. He was mindful of COVID safety during viewings and provided us with excellent listings that fit well within our narrow criteria. He was very attentive and went the extra mile to point out listings that looked promising. He helped us with the hard stuff and it paid off as we found a great place, in a great location. I highly recommend Anees as he is not only a highly qualified realtor, but he is also an all-round good person.
