December 14th 2021.
Received notice by mail, easily able to book a convenient time through provided online link.
Technician arrived on time, explained who he was and what he would be doing.
I showed him where the meter was located. He said about 30 minutes and I will be done.
He replaced the meter without problems. Explained he would do some work outside and be on his way.
I am very satisfied with this experience. If not for the new meter, I wouldn't know anyone had been here.

The technician, Kibrom, had a cancellation and called and was actually earlier than schedule. He was very friendly, practiced covid protocols and did a very efficient job of replacement.
