David and his team were very courteous and polite and we were told that it will 4 days for them to finish the flooring at out house. 4 days have become over two months and it has been difficult to get in touch with David to finish the job completely. They provided us with excellent customer service when they were around which is why I gave them 2 stars.
But good customer service goes hand in hand with open communication and finishing the job to the customer's satisfaction. Unfortunately, that part hasn't been done till this day.
David is very detail oriented and I liked his work a lot but we suffered from complete lack of communication and he totally disappearing for days on end. It's unfortunate that things didn't work out with this company.
