After having a baby, COVID and not getting much exercise, I found myself at the heaviest I've ever been. I made the difficult decision to make major lifestyle changes. Not just for me, but my family. The first person I contacted was Wayne. Even though I was embarrassed by my weight gain, he made me feel safe and gave me the confidence that I could do this. It's always difficult to start your journey, but working with Wayne, he keeps you motivated, accountable, and works with YOU to reach your own personal goals. Even during these times where everyone must stay home because gyms are closed, all accommodations have been made, to make sure clients still see success in their homes with the online training module.

He offers meal plans and at home workouts on those days your not with him, he holds you accountable while lifting your spirits! If you're looking for lasting results, he’s your guy!!! I’ve been seeing him two times a week, for about 3 months and really happy with my body change so far.
