The windows that came look good! And the company has been responsive and helpful solving a few issues that came up after instillation.

I had major issues with the sales representative repeatedly promised things that were not delivered. When the windows came, he had not properly checked over the order with my architect; resulting in one window and one door being totally unusable for my project.

The quality of the sales service, was not worth the cost paid.

Had to replace 40 yr. old Marvin windows and everything went very smoothly. Installation without any mess. Very impressed that Marvin has a follow up procedure in place to check for customer satisfaction. Love the new windows. Lots of improvements since the last order!
