    Smooth as butter experience in obtaining our new condo which was possible only with the assistance and expertise of Deepak Gupta, was responsive and informative since day 1 of our conversation.     Deepak Gupta from Maple Tree Realtors is one of the most patient and knowledgeable realtors I have come across. He helped me in buying a one bedroom condo meeting most of my checkboxes plus a bonus (a den) within my budget; from planning to execution(move in) in just 20 days!     I thought finding a new home shouldn't be that difficult, but it can easily become one of the most challenging and important decisions you'd have to make. Deepak helped me throughout the process, right from understanding what I was looking for, to setting up appointments and viewings, and till the day I moved into the new place. He made all the paperwork easy for me as well. I was referred to him by a friend, only because he was good at what he does, and now I'm just sharing my experience!

    Great Team. Exceptional Service.

    I’ve known this team of realtors since the last 2.5 years now and never have I been let down for my real estate needs.

    I got in touch with them initially when I landed in Canada and was having trouble finding a Condo because I had no job or Canadian credit score to show. They still agreed to assist me in my house hunt and finally I had a Condo where I could stay comfortably with my family. Thanks to them for their efforts.

    Recently I moved to another Condo and once again was really impressed by their commitment to help.

    They are punctual, professional and also fun to be with. I wish them luck!!
