Word of mouth recommendation, but the service provided deserves more attention. Mo was very detailed and informative. The pick up and delivery was quick, and reliable. I will use this company again for any repairs I have in the future. 100% recommended.
Very knowledgeable and fast turnaround had issues with my snowblower took in on Monday was ready Tuesday afternoon. I highly recommend M S service this was my first time going there and had a great experience definitely a 5 star.

They repaired a faulty carburetor in my lawn mower that was still under warranty from TroyBuilt. They took care of everything. They even fine-tunes the auto-speed. Nice guys. No BS. The lawnmower has been working better than it did when it came out of the box. Crossing my fingers it continues to work this well after the review. 🤞🏼
Outstanding work, these guys are amazing! They have fixed countless items for me and have always given great service and honest feedback. They have found ways to save me on repair costs when most repair facilities look to find every extra charge. Even fixed a couple items other repair shops said were 'garbage', turns out repairs were pretty simple and other places just didn't want to help. Will always use MS Service!
