(May 19, 2021, 11:07 am)The tenant left a HUGE mess...3 full loads of junk and rather awkward. Dan and his helper got to it right away.....starting on a Sunday when they first arrived and diligently worked through it. Separated recyclable materials, tires and chemicals and dumped them responsibly. Very sincere, honest and professional keeping me fully in the loop at all times as the work progressed. Each day a junk load was carefully planned and removed and the area fully cleared and swept. Their rates are very reasonable and their service is TOP notch !!! Highly recommended.

They had to clear out the junk from a previous tenant and did the job a lot faster than I expected. Their price was $300 less than previously quoted from another junk removal service. I will be using them and recomending them. Great job guys !!!
