They are friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Jeff went the extra mile to help me adjust glasses I'd purchased elsewhere, so they fit more comfortably.
They have gained a customer for life. They're outstanding. :) -

(May 31, 2021, 6:25 pm)My boyfriend recently bought me a pair of Céline sunglasses that were too big, but requires it to be handled with care so it is quite hard to adjust. He suggested for me to go to Jonathan Lenard Opticians as he has been with them since he started wearing glasses as a child. I was able to book an appointment without fuss on the same day on very short notice and had the pleasure of speaking to Jeff. He was very knowledgeable on eyewear and was able to adjust the frames to fit as precisely as someone can without damaging it in less than 10 minutes. I had to ask for his business card so I can refer them to as many people as I can. Amazing customer service and quality work. Thank you!

Jeff Elsley of Jonathon Leonard Opticians at the Meadowvale town center circle. carefully researched, and fit the glasses that were the perfect fit and were as light as a feather. The result is not only comfort and ease of wearing but excellent vision ; a rare combination for me over the last 60 years
