I have now had 2 amazing experiences with J_Em Sweet Shop! The owner, Liz is awesome and super accommodating with custom orders. First of all, her cookies are DELICIOUS and so fresh but it's her attention to detail and creativity that really stood out to me. You can tell she puts her whole heart into all of her creations. Secondly, she will go above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied with your order. Her communication is quick and she really makes the process so pleasant and hassle free. WOW! Elizabeth is incredible! Her cookies are absolutely delicious EVERY time. She takes her time and is super professional when discussing and deciding on a custom design.
