(December 28, 2020, 10:30 pm)Upon arriving to Toronto about two weeks ago, I visited this location and exchanged a lot of US currency for CAD. My initial experience was not the best, hence resulting in me writing a very negative review on here. Unexpectedly, management reached out to me and connected me with Ms. Juhee Sondhi, to assist me and rectify my issue. From the moment she contacted me, was the beginning of a turnaround experience for me. Juhee has honestly been TREMENDOUSLY professional and very helpful!! She explained to me very thoroughly how their currency exchange works with ICE, and reassured me of my value as a customer. I primarily pledged not to deal with this company again, but after dealing with Juhee I now have a change of mind. She truly is a woman of her word and executed her pledge to assist me as best as she can. She returned all calls as promised, and went beyond the call of duty to ensure that I got the proper assistance needed. I visited one of the locations again today and also came into contact with Arnel, whom was extremely pleasant!! Truly a great team and both Juhee and Angel are a phenomenal representation of the quality service that ICE offers!! Thank you both soooo much!!

(July 3, 2019, 7:36 pm)I was trying to figure out how to add to an existing currency order I had and up popped "Yaroslav"- a Support Agent - who quickly came to my aid and completed the update to my order for me. Service was very quick and very helpful! I will definitely use ICE again!
