(September 3, 2021, 2:01 am)First time Harco customer, overall a great experience. We had Karl and James deliver our dryer - they were so so, ABSOLUTELY incredible! They were abnormally patient in helping us figure out pricing for the machines properly. Listened to us. Geniunely wanted to help. Embodiment of what customer service should be. Went above and beyond too, walked us through what we might need to know for other renovations we were doing in the house. Clearly knowledgeable. You can just tell they are stand up guys :) Harco - you are lucky to have them (and Bryan in sales). Karl and James - I hope this message find you!

We bought a new commercial front load washer for our building and it arrived literally the next day, they took the old one and made sure the new one properly installed and working. Great customer service all around, now I can go enjoy the sunshine. Thank you Harco!!

Our machines are working great. 10/10 would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. And in future will continue to use this company for any commercial washers and dryers that my company needs.
