(July 23, 2021, 5:17 pm)They are a great company and stand by their warranty. we have a faucet that is over 10 years old and had a problem with the sprayer. They have replaced it with new one. Their products may be a bit on the pricey side but they look great and work great and offer support. We have only Grohe products in our house.
