Exceptional Service. We just recently signed up with this company and the level of service has been great. We were with a larger company before and and felt like we were not getting the service we deserved. Our group has over 600 employees and its been a great experience thus far. I highly recommend this company for your group plan needs.
I am writing this comment as I would like to respond to Melissa Williams being from the same group for a few years and having experienced Grandeur as well. I can tell you that I did not have any issues at all. Claims were filed and paid within the standard times. It seems like a one off frustrated employee. The new organizations I moved too was recommended to use Grandeur and we are currently with them today. Great service and I recommend this company for benefits.
I have been with Grandeur for over 1 year and our group has hundreds of employees and I can tell you that the previous review is totally untrue. I am the plan coordinator for our stores across Canada and yearly we do employee surveys and employee benefits are important to the organization.
