Found GEARS Motorsports site on-line. As they are located just around the corner from my office I popped in to their small but well curated showroom. I needed rain gear and they were extremely helpful in finding me the correct fit at an excellent price. The person I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable. Turned out that I needed the gear the very next day and it worked amazingly well - arrived home completely dry after driving through some appalling weather. Comfortable suit (as far as rain gear goes), well vented in the back with reassuringly bright reflection bits sewn on. Now I am considering their heated products to extend my riding season.

I bought a gears cover at royal distributing, when I opened the box there was a problem with my new cover, I emailed customer service with a picture of the problem and my receipt and they replied all but instantly with a tracking number of the perfect replacement I received today. I have been using the problem cover while waiting and have found it to be of excellent quality otherwise.

I bought a jacket at the bike show and had a small issue but when I went to the store Shalina and her partner were very helpful and my issue was resolved and came away feeling that sure was a pleasant experience. They bent over backwards to help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
Very pleased with the product. I now own a gem 4 heated jacket that heats up fast and will be able to enjoy those cold morning rides!

Found this company to have the best prices on the web and great customer service too. My emailed questions were answered after their closing hours the same day! Excellent. These bags are on my Yamaha Venture and fit perfectly. The first saddle bag order was out of stock so they kindly included two helmet balaclavas to make up for the inconvenience. Highly recommended.
