The online training program is amazing and easy to go through with plenty of explanation but I'm really here to rave about the cupping therapy Mike provides. Cupping therapy has change my life completely, my posture has aligned, knots and pains have gone away, stress has diminished, range of motion has grown & cupping while hungover has removed that feeling as well. I sit a lot at work & host in the nightclub on the weekends, so I'm seated a lot and drinking often. I don't know where I'd be without cupping and look forward to my appointments all the time. I go bi weekly and will continue to do so because it's just that good. Highly recommended.

I am pretty sure that this awesome combo of Michael and Lisa are the best trainers I would ever find. They understand your body. They very well know how your body will act and react to every single exercise you will perform. I am quite speechless regarding how great FOREVER AESTHETICS is. For the first time ever , i decided that i need a plan to get in shape and start actually loving myself. As i heard about forever aesthetics, i was honestly blown away and i even doubted for a second whether is this all true... But trust me, the minute i took a step into this facility, i was amazed with the knowledge, effort and excitement that the trainers have here.
I have been an FA member for almost 3 months, and i am proud of myself and my trainers Lisa and Micheal. They are such amazing individuals that want the best for you! I was able to feel 10x more lighter and able to challenge myself to things that i can never imagine myself doing. Coming here was one of my best choice ever. I had joined the Forever Aesthetic Company approximately three weeks ago with the focus being on successfully passing my police PREP. The moment I opened the door for the first time, I was greeted by Trainer Lisa and immediately after I met Trainer Michael, both with smiles on their faces and happy to see me. Just at the very first point of contact, I knew that these two strangers would soon no longer become strangers but rather the saviors to my fitness training. With their guidance on the workouts, nutrition and recovery, I have made significant strides in performance and athleticism. Beyond the improvements in my performance, the weight loss journey has constantly motivated me to do better as I reach closer to looking more aesthetic. In the 5 years that I have trained at commercial gyms, I have never made the progress that Michael and Lisa have done with me in three weeks. I started off only doing a 5.3 on the beep test, and three weeks later I'm exceeding my own expectations and running at a 7.3. Their dedication to performance and tailoring the programs to each unique client should be the reason you join and make that life changing decision you have always thought about. For starters.. You will definitely be in good hands! Lisa and Michael are such down to earth individuals that not only care about your goals but you personally as well. They’re such dedicated trainers that ensure you work hard towards your goal either via online training or in person. They motivate you, and remind you why you chose fitness as a priority. I am one of Lisa’s online clients and I needed help in improving my cardio for the shuttle run. Not only has she made workout plans weekly that targets my goal but also included endurance, strength, agility and core! These components ultimately helped me not only become a better runner but also a stronger individual. She definitely knows how to make you sweat till you’re drenched! And here’s the best part- after training for almost 3 months, my shuttle run score went from level 5 (outdoors) to a level 7 (indoors). I’m working towards policing as a career and I recently passed my PREP and PIN test as well! Staying mentally positive is a big thing and I’m glad that Lisa is not only my trainer but a good friend too. I will be definitely recommending these two gems!
