Zero pressure to buy (or sell), and absolutely no 'tactics' (ie: let me run it by my manager first). We not only purchased a beautiful car from Don, but we sold one to him for a fair price as well. Highly recommend

Don's inventory of cars is of exceptional quality and he and his staff make the extra effort to satisfy their customers during the complete sales process. When i picked up my new car it was super clean and shiny. The detail work in the interior was excellent quality. (September 1, 2016, 8:02 pm)After searching for a truck for well over three months and visiting every dealership in the GTA, dealing with Don (the owner) was a breath of fresh air. Don was very respectful, professional and didn't make me feel like he was hiding something. Very cordial and open gentleman, told me about his business and hobbies, gave me all the history about the truck, answered my questions and made the whole buying experience pleasant. And in the end I saved a lot of money buying here than from a big dealer.
