If I ever have issues or questions, he is always available to text or call which is invaluable to us being on the other side of the country and running a production facility. Any issues are treated with utmost importance no matter how big or small. Also a great product! Manuals are very thorough and easy to learn and use for reference. If ever I have any issues understanding something, I always text or call and they'll walk me through it. I'm able to give my guys proper training because of their great resources and availability. It's much appreciated!

(August 6, 2019, 9:04 pm)My staff and I have taken several courses over the past few months at Yaskawa; the instructors are knowledgeable and went out their way to ensure our specific use cases were addressed during or after the training, great added value.
The facilities are conducive to learning and the morning baked goods and lunches kept my staff on site and engaged for the day. So far we are satisfied with our new relationship with Yaskawa. -

I cant say enough good things about the support they offer. Today one of the weld techs helped me while he was on his way home after work. Thanks for the above and beyond effort, it's much appreciated!!
