BACKGROUND HISTORY:

Like many other people, I've had quite a few bad experiences with construction companies, beginning with the purchase of my first home in 1987.

OUR SITUATION:

On the verge of retirement, my wife and I (who am I kidding, mostly my wife) decided to build our dream home.

My wife, the self appointed floor plan layout designer entrusted me with the hiring of builders, construction companies, etc.

Truly, I can't recall the last time I developed such strong and reoccurring anxiety. I've had a history of hiring poor quality construction companies for over 30-years now. Unlike previous projects, the stakes were much higher. We can't account for expensive mistakes. This is our retirement home. Every penny wasted is a penny we don't have for our retirement. Our budget doesn't have room for "do-overs".

INITIAL CONTACT DESCRIPTION:

At this point in the project we were seeking companies to complete the concrete forming work. Our builder suggested a few companies near by and after 10-days of research, due-diligence and hand to hand meetings, we found the Baeumler approved concrete forming company, "Trucore Concrete Forming", of Mississauga, ON.

I enjoyed speaking with the Trucore team and decided to have them out to take a peek at our property, blueprints and estimate the job.

FIRST THOUGHTS AND IMPRESSION:

Their knowledge, suggestions and feedback were phenomenal... Not to mention the price and estimated time of completion.

I can't even begin to describe their capabilities accurately. I was thrilled, pleased and comfortable all at the same time. Very important to me.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE:

In the end, the concrete forms were exceptional. We explored the entire foundation and didn't find a single crack, bubble or problem area. Not a single one. AND, To top it off, they finished two-days early, great right? Very.. They refunded $2,000.00 dollars for day wages they didn't spend. I kid you not. Incredible, I can't say it enough.

Their level of professionalism, communication, eye for detail, work ethic, abilities and quality of work is simply unmatched by all.

As important to me, someone who's had poor luck in the past, the ability to provide a high degree of comfort, confidence and certainty is absolutely imperative. I couldn't be more grateful.

In late 2018, we decided to completely remodel our restaurant from floor to ceiling. It was of vital importance that every aspect of the restaurant was flawless, projected cleanliness, and diners left feeling the right impression.

I hadn't heard of, Trucore Concrete Forming prior to this project, and so I had a list of concerns and stipulations that needed addressing. After speaking with the Trucore team I quickly realized they knew what they were doing, and my stress and concerns were completely alleviated.

Trucore delivered exactly what I envisioned. The polished Concrete Slab flooring looks incredible and I couldn't be any happier.
