Rocco is great at simplifying the basics. He makes sure you get a good grasp of the steps before moving on to the next set. He sets a good foundation for comfortable and fun salsa dancing.
I found Rocco via Google search and gave it a try since the location was not too bad for me, the timing worked out and the prices were reasonable. I've really enjoyed my lessons. If you've learned salsa before you have a bit of un-learning to do first, but in the end you'll be dancing much more naturally! I don't plan to give up salsa lessons anytime soon.
Rocco is especially adept at teaching the foundations of social salsa dancing. He has a patient, attentive approach and is especially skilled in conveying the key elements required to ‘lead’ and ‘follow’.

Rocco spent a lot of time on the basics making sure that we did everything correctly before moving on to the next lesson. I had no previous dance experience so I found it helpful. We also did a lot of exercises focusing on tension between you and your partner. This really helps understand how to lead and to be lead properly
