(July 13, 2018, 5:16 pm)I smoked for 30 years. I walk into Ted's office as a smoker 5 years ago and I walked out a non smoker. I can't thank Ted enough for helping me become a non smoker. It was fun easy and I had no cravings. It worked very well for me. I would recommend it to anyone that's wants a easy way to wait smoking
