Every weekend we try to spend a few hours training and practicing our parkour moves. Instructors are very professional and friendly. We love this place because it enhances our family bonding.

(March 6, 2017, 9:30 pm)I wish we had come here sooner! Every interaction we've had from the staff at registration to the coaches on the floor has been positive. Parents registering their children for one specific "genre" of activity should be aware that there are athletes from all walks of life who come here to train with some amazing coaches. In some cases athletes may be wearing differing attire but I personally haven't witnesses anything that I would deem inappropriate for the sport. Whether you're background is in tumbling, dance, cheer or something else entirely, you can find a program suited to your needs. Private lessons to improve or learn specific skills are also a great option at this gym and there is a great team of talented male and female coaches.
