  I didn't pre-plan. We heard from others the amount of government paper work would be horrendous. I used Kat’s services to help us sort out what to do with bank cards, passport, drivers license, etc. after my dad passed away. Working with Kat was a big relief. She sat down with me and in a very short time walked me through what needed to be done even filling out the forms as we went along. This made things so much easier and a lot less overwhelming. Thank you Kat!
