(January 13, 2021, 9:07 pm)Jameson Pool & Spa provided great service for a repair required for our in-ground hot tub pumps! Bettina was the one that took our service inquiries. She was responsive and directed us to Arik immediately even though Arik was not in the office at the time. Arik was professional and helped us do the diagnostic first via emails and pictures, even off his working hours. He identified the potential problems and came to fix it right away. I was impressed by the response time and professionalism from both Bettina and Arik. Thank you both for helping us resolve our issue and we will definitely be recommending Jameson Pool & Spa to friends and family!

Always get my chemicals here, feel assured that my chemicals are of high quality and concentration, and not watered down with fillers. If I'm going to be soaking in it, it better be good quality!
