I am hard to impress but when I came to buy new phone ,employee Mr.Sean was beyond helpful. His knowledge and quickness in explaining new features made my experience great. I recommend him to anyone who has hard time with new tech! Miro

Great customer service, amazing experience at Erin Mills Center location. Ali was very helpful, and in no time I managed to switch over from Rogers to Freedom Mobile. Thank you Ali - keep up the good work!!!

We went there to buy an iPhone for my son, and Mr.Alvaro D. was so helpful and very patient with us even though it was almost time for the store to close he was still willing to help my other son to buy/switch his Samsung phone to another one.
He also gave us a good discount for the iPhone plan.

I went in to get a new phone thinking it would be quick and easy, but I ended up having some issues with transferring my data from my old phone to the new one, which ended up taking some time (which was not their fault, I had a-lot of data on my old phone). Abbas and Omer were very helpful and patient through the whole process. They explained everything in detail, broke down the bill and monthly payments and everything about my new iPhone 12 pro. Even though the store was pretty busy with customers coming in and out, they did not rush me or ignore me. Overall I had a great experience with the team at this Freedom Mobile location.

Abbas was excellent in customer service. Despite the fact that he was alone when we arrived and he had to manage multiple customers simultaneously he was able to handle it Recommended. Will visit again for another reference.

The corporate store however needs to revise its policies towards being more customer focused. For example, the charges on the new connection fee, which cannot be waived off despite the fact that freedom mobile service in many areas doesn't match the level of other operators. So once a customer arrives to your store on its own for conversion to freedom, you should be welcomlingly ready.

One of a kind experience, being able to see a team that works in such a harmony is a rare sight to behold nowadays.

I have experienced Matthew’s service here @ Erin mills several times now. This being said it only hit me now that I never made it known to anyone his competence in delivering a service that is complete, a true one stop shop! I shall take this review as an opportunity to make this magical experience known
