(November 18, 2021, 7:26 pm)Brought in my PS4 controllers (multiple) for stick drift issue. They were fixed in a professional and timely manner at a great price (1/3 of new controller). Their customer service (called each time explaining the nature of the problem, cost and timing of the repairs) was great. Keep up the good job, if you need console repairs these are your guys, hands down!

(September 21, 2021, 6:55 pm)I have a new M1 MacBook Air which was spilled with juice by accident not long ago. So as basic instinct I took it to the local Apple store and was told the repair cost is equal to the machine cost. Basically this brand new machine was declared dead and Apple won't take it back as well! With sadness I tool it back and went to Experimax Erin Center store that I found on Google. To my surprise the store manager Harry took it and told me with confidence that the machine is 90% repairable. I am willing to try my luck and paid the clean-up fee but wondering that I still have 10% possibility of failure. The worst scenario is that you paid a decent fee for cleaning but nothing works out. To my surprise Harry called me the next day that the machine started working again. Yes it does. Yesterday we found the right speaker and jack not working. So I called Harry and he promised to take a look today with no additional charge! He removed the cover right before me today and pointed to a small circuit board right beside the main board and said the he was right the cabled was loose. He fixed everything for my new MacBook Air which has been sentenced death at the Store. Very impressed diagnostic and repair skills at this store and Harry was so very helpful and skillful! Highly recommending this store if you have any issues related to MackBook or iPhone go to this store and you will not regret!

(September 12, 2021, 1:02 am)Great experience, Took a stroll to the bubble tea shop and by the time we made it back the phone was repaired. He also looked at a cracked screen I pad and provided great advise. Definitely going back when in need.
