I am a new member and came by the branch without an appointment and quite unexpectedly to set everything up. They were quite busy but still went out of their way to ensure that I all my needs were met and questions answered. They had that "family" connection going which is why I'm switching everything to them! -

Also I got good advise when I talked to them last week to place 75% of the money in an interest earning account at a good rate (well for a savings account)
