(August 15, 2021, 8:54 pm)We came home to an absolute disaster! The toilet tank line in our master bathroom broke and flooded our entire main floor and the basement. After speaking with our insurance agent they sent a company to help us out. Laura Stout from Disaster Rx showed up in a very short amount of time after our initial call. She took charge right away and had her crew in within a few hours with equipment to begin drying things out.
Our floors, kitchen cabinets and many other finishes were destroyed and had to be removed. This was a very trying and stressful experience and Laura made us feel at ease with the whole process of restoring everything back to better then what we had. We now have a beautiful kitchen and floors. We were thrilled with the workmanship and the contractors that did the repairs. We would recommend Laura and her team hands down! Thank you very much Laura and your team for the fabulous result. We greatly appreciate everything you did. -

(July 26, 2021, 3:11 am)The project manager, Laura was very helpful and responsive during the whole process of fixing and restoring our house from the water damage which was very stressful. Not only was the Disaster RX DKI team efficient but they were also very professional in whole process, the company did an excellent job installing the new floors & stairs. I am pleased and happy with their service and would definitely recommend for any restoration needs to my family and friends.

(July 25, 2021, 5:22 pm)We had a large leak from the 2nd floor washroom which ruined half of our main floor ceiling, walls and all of the hardwood flooring. Laura came in right from the get go and put our minds at ease. We got our house back in better condition than we started with. With deep gratitude we would like to thank Laura and all of the wonderful contractors under her direction that came together for a great end result!
