(July 8, 2020, 8:27 am)Amazing selection and available stock rivalling many big watercooling shops down in the US, and the shipping is fast even during the Covid lockdowns. Would have given 5 stars if the communication was a little better, a little bit of a language barrier combined with telling customers to go ask questions on the Daz forum (which is basically non active) made me knock off a star. I understand they probably get a bunch of simple questions from people, and they're especially busy lately, but dealing with customers questions is part of any job, no matter how repetitive it may be.
With that said the communication issue to me is minor, and I will continue to purchase and support a Canadian business because we need a one stop watercooling shop. -
