The gentleman arrived on time, went swiftly to work and had the garage operating better than it operated for the past 10 years. The garage door opener is 20 years old and performs like brand new! It's quieter than ever! I would definitely use their service again.

(November 10, 2021, 5:17 am)Our garage door would start to go down and would stop and go back up. It took a long time to get the door shut. I called them and Mitch came out that day to fix it. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. He replaced the part and it seemed to be working fine. Last night it started doing the same thing again but not as bad. I called today and Mitch came out immediately and fixed the issue. I had a great experience with them.

We caught them right before they left to meet us in a complete different city. We will be using them again for our garage door needs should we have them in the future. They were quick and did a great job!

He inspected the damaged garage door and told me not only what needs to be done but also what won't be necessary. The quote he gave me both in writing and email was reasonable. And furthermore he kindly did some fixes and lubrication on the garage door parts free of charge! I highly recommend Max and D Sierra Garage Agency to anyone who is looking for garage doors or garage door service.
