The entire team, through text and emails with responses have been excellent to work with.
Had to update as I've received beyond exceptional service from Kristine, she is very thorough from our first meeting a few months ago. I just received my tiles and I'm so pleased how smoothly everything went.
Highly recommend and definitely ask for Kristine, she's awesome to work with. -

She is very helpful to suggest options, provide samples, pricing and quick to respond to our emails. Great experience and beautiful quality products. Not only do they have a great selection of tiles but we were lucky enough to work with Paola who is amazing at what she does! Once we described what our vision was for our bathroom, she knew exactly what tiles would give us the look we wanted and our bathroom looks amazing. She has great knowledge about products, trends and what goes well together. We will definitely come back and see her for our kitchen remodel. Thank you Paola :)
