(February 26, 2019, 11:44 pm)Andrea assisted me in purchasing a home in March of 2018 in Mississauga. I can't speak highly enough of the efforts she put forth to find me the right property. I believe we looked at somewhere in the area of 50 properties in Mississauga. Her first priority is finding a quality property for her customers; There were two properties that I was interested in and ultimately passed on because Andrea did the extra research (in one case the house would not have passed inspection due to unpermitted renovations) so that I would understand not only the potential risks but also its resale value down the road.
She met me evenings, weekends (even early morning weekends) without fail and a cheerful perspective. Her knowledge of the Mississauga market is vast. She knew to the penny what houses were selling for and was very well informed on the trends in the neighborhoods we visited. I gave her my must have list and she found it. Given how challenging the housing market is pretty much anywhere in the GTA, I was very impressed at how effective she was in finding me an ideal property. She handled the legal aspects without a hitch and recommended a home inspector that was scary good (But very nice!). I've owned several homes in the GTA over the years and this was by far the easiest transaction to date.
When I sell this property in a couple of years (and thanks to Andrea I picked a property that will increase in value) I will definitely use Andrea again.
