Ana has an affirming and supportive style that made me feel very comfortable from the very first session. She is an excellent listener who is great at asking questions to help you explore your own thoughts and feelings. She has a wonderful way of making you feel at ease and creating a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings. Ana is also very knowledgeable and up to date on the latest research, which was very helpful. I have a much better understanding of my issues and feel much more hopeful about working through these challenges with her assistance. She is a wonderful therapist and I highly recommend her!
