  First off, I was very pleased with the customer service. Sebastian was very helpful in finding the best chair fit for me based on my needs and comfort requirements. Secondly, as a 6'8" big & tall guy I can say online shopping isn't easy and I was pleased that I was able to test the chairs in the showroom prior to purchase. The chairs are quality and I would strongly recommend anyone my size to check them out if you are looking for a solid desk chair.

  I spent almost all day sitting on a stool at work and finally decided to invest on a Hag stool. The stool was functionally perfect for the type of work I do, but unfortunately it did not provide the level of comfort that I seek. Mike listened to my concern and helped get the stool professionally modified for my specific need. I've been on this new modified chair for the past 2 weeks and I really enjoyed working on it. Thanks to Mike for this great product and his professional advice and service.

  Mike blew me away!!! His patience is unlimited, and he is super understanding!!! He would not let me go until everything was perfect, even taking chairs apart for 2 1/2 hours after the store closed to get all the details exact. Unparalleled customer service and product!!!

  I purchased an adjustable office Desk from Ergo Centric and I had a great experience! Matt did an amazing job getting me educated on the desk and all its features. He's really nice and patient. It took me a little while to finalize the deal as I was researching office desks and he was very helpful throughout the entire process. I definitely recommend reaching out to him.
  
  Overall I had a great experience. I did my research and looked at different types of office desks - adjustable and non adjustable and Ergo Centric's adjustable desk was the best I found. On top of that, there warranty and return policy was far better then any other place I found. I originally purchased a desk from a different retail store and the desk was a bit higher off the ground and was causing me some pain.
  
  After purchasing this adjustable desk, I can sit comfortably and also have the ability to stand as this is a sit-stand desk. I put the desk together myself but ran into a few issues, I contacted Matt and he came to my house to assess the issue. He fixed the issue within minutes.
  
  If your looking for a long term investment which will ensure your body posture is correct, visit the store and check out the adjustable desks. Believe me they are sturdy and solid. Yes there products are a bit pricey but at the end of the day, there a bit more because the quality your getting back is that good.
