As an IT professional, I personally had very little knowledge about setting up and maintaining books for tax purposes - specifically for the CRA. My experience with Ahmad has been one of learning. I consult with him every time something comes up regarding GST/HST remittances, payroll deductions, managing our accounting software (we use Quickbooks), or tax filing in general.
For out of the ordinary cases, Ahmad has even gone as far as actually calling up the Canada Revenue Agency and consulting with them before giving me advise. We all know the wait times with these institutions are not exactly convenient - not many people I know will do that for their customers.
