(February 11, 2023, 4:04 pm)Dr. Grewal is an excellent doctor, 5/5 stars but to echo the poor rating of other reviewers, the receptionist is non existent. Calls multiple times during business hours and I can't get a hold of anyone in this office. Good luck trying to reschedule your appointment or do any type of follow up.
The automated voicemail proceeds to tell you the address of the clinic even though there's an option to press 1 to hear it and then says voicemails are not returned in a timely manner and to get a hold of the receptionist call during business hours.
Calling during business hours does not indeed get a hold of the receptionist.
Edit: They will 100% call you when your appointment is near, you can use this to ask if there's any other available times if you need to reschedule or ask any questions. However, my next rescheduled appointment would have been 7 months from now for a follow-up as they're fully booked. -

(September 19, 2022, 1:21 pm)I saw Dr. Grewal on September 14th, and what an awesome Doctor he is. This was my first experience with an amazing Doctor. Caring and very friendly. My only concern is with his staff can be friendly and caring. Sounds very rude too.
