From the age of the home, to the age of the roof, to a few mini external and internal fixes that we are going to be implementing, I was blown away.

He completes a very through inspection and provides a very detailed report for his clients, with recommendations as well. He pays a lot of attention to detail and follows up with any ambiguities.
