The staff is great and very knowledgeable about their menu, quick on their feet. At times there is a lineup in the drive-thru and they'll ask you to pull up into the main parking lot. Unlike other locations of other restaurants, I've never had to wait more than a few minutes.
Given its prime location, right in the middle of Heartland Town Center, this is the perfect place to grab a quick bite to eat, and relax for a bit.
If you're living close to the area then it always helps to know that the drive-thru is open 24 hours.
If it's nice outside, just remember they have a few benches outside, so you can really enjoy the weather while you eat your food.
I'd highly recommend this A&W. Everything looks good in my books. -

(April 16, 2019, 3:42 pm)The Heartland location is always wonderful to visit. The management has done a great job hiring and training the staff. Their customer service is excellent and food is superb.

(January 28, 2019, 5:41 pm)Nice little burger joint. Always kept clean and tidy. Ample table/seating space and plenty of parking. Very polite and friendly staff. All in all a great place to have fast food.
