Frustrated by the monopoly of my big city stock suppliers I stumbled upon Duroflex 5+ years ago. I took a chance and ordered a large skid of various cut sheets. I guess the volume was enough that they picked up the freight cost. However that was before fuel was surcharged by all the freight companies. HEY... did you notice when price per litre went down the fuel surcharge remained? Just sayin...
To end my story, I now pretty much deal exclusively with Duroflex except for some press room supplies and the odd weird client requested sheets.
The staff are quite professional and the young lady Valerie who I think looks after the gang on staff always has time to look into our clients creative ideas on our behalf.

We have been dealing with Duroflex for a number of years. Unbeatable prices on label stocks. The rest of the selection is fairly bare-bones but they carry what you need for 80% of orders. Customer service is great: cheerful on the phone, they call back with stock updates, warehouse people help with carrying stuff to the car, delivery drivers are courteous and professional, real people interested in keeping their customers.
Allison is the best! Very helpful and the specials are fantastic. Same paper that you get from the big houses with savings to boot! They provide next day delivery on most items and Wayne goes above and beyond when delivering. Very accommodating on rush jobs. Thanks!
