I was driven here from another Discount rental place when that other location didn't have the truck I had reserved because "a client hadn't returned the truck the night before". So the start of my move was delayed for an hour and half - kept my helpers waiting unnecessarily. If I had rented from here in the first place then my rating might have been 4 or 5 stars.
