(July 5, 2019, 8:50 am)The vehicle was exactly what I needed and the attendant was friendly and professional. Discount needs to have more staff available to serve customers returning or picking up. People ought not have to wait for 30-45 minutes. Enterprise is far superior in this regard.

(January 8, 2019, 8:37 pm)had a wonderful experience at Discount Car Rental, I reserved a car online for Airport location, but as it was weekend and all the vehicles were already gone, so they told me to go to another nearest location, which was Dixie location, but after going there, they just had 1 SUV available, and I made the booking for a small car, but they upgraded my vehicle and gave me JEEP Compass instead of a small car. It was my first rental experience, and I really appreciate their help, support and service. Highly recommend, the staff is so cooperative and supportive, especially Tony and Mehrunisa.
