He was explaining everything to my first time home buyers (in Ontario) about the property and was giving future maintenance tips. He even took the time to walk me through his work and teach me all about the inner workings of our new home. I would highly recommend Michael to anyone for a home inspection.

Bruce is patient and detail oriented, taking his time to do a thorough job of the inspection. Furthermore, he would provide feedback as he went through each thing which I found super helpful. This was in addition to the time spent going through the final report at the end. So, by the end of the inspection I had a clear idea on what the house had to offer - both the good and the bad.
Bruce is friendly and very pleasant to work with. He is kind and took his time to answer my questions going beyond what would be expected from someone performing a home inspection. I would HIGHLY recommend Bruce! -

What a great value it was, he included thermal imagine also. Not only beats competition prices, but definitely top notch service, very honest individual, and you end up being way more knowledgeable about your new home.
