All the basic necessities are avilable within walking distance- grocery stores, pharmacy, school, parks, bank etc. The building is very well maintained and clean, the best Kaneff building, all the credit goes to the Resident Managers Ellen, Blaine and Janine. The resident Managers are really helpful and they always listens to residents' concern. Highly recommended.
