(July 17, 2019, 7:15 am)My doctor is really great and helpful. Wait times are anywhere from 60-90 mins. waiting area and washroom are clean. The staff tho gives me a headache maybe because i've worked in a clinic before but..
Pls. make sure to always put a NEW pad on weighing scale and on pt rooms. And also even with using pads at least check that they are clean underneath. I could even see some bits of whatever dirt or dried food. This annoys me because this is very important and it tells me that no one ever sanitizes them.
Also the staff kept changing so I hope they are trained properly even on simple things as using the equipments and reading measurements.
Hope it improves because to me the staff is as important as the drs.. -

(April 10, 2019, 9:52 pm)Staffs are very nice and patient. They call and remind me to make appointments when I forget. The doctor gives me professional treatment and all useful tips to help me feel better. She is also very helpful and supportive when I need a doctor note in order to get an ergonomic chair at work.
