(August 12, 2021, 1:37 am)An absolute pleasure dealing with Crackmasters. We had three foundation cracks in our basement that required fixing. Tina, Jim and Jose responded to all the questions I had. Jose was fantastic in fixing all the cracks and took the time to explain the end to end process. It took him almost 4 hours (from start to finish) to fill up all the cracks. He was courteous and great to deal with. Highly recommended!

After a difficult experience with another professional, Jim took the time to explain the available solutions to us and answer all of our questions in detail and with care. This allowed us to comfortably make a decision that worked best for us. The work was completed promptly and both Jim and Jose were professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anybody in need of foundation repair.

We had an old basement crack that had been previously repaired by another firm before we bought the house, and it had started leaking. The team was extremely knowledgeable and the work was done quickly, professionally and to a high standard. After completion, the team cleaned up the work space as if nothing had happened. I couldn't be happier with the experience and outcome. Thank you for making a stressful situation into such a great experience.

(November 17, 2020, 7:36 pm)I had some water coming into my basement and wanted to get to the root of the problem and fix it so I could one day finish the basement. I had 2 other companies come & say my only option was to install an internal weeping tile system that would go to my sump pump. The amount of water I had coming in was so minimal that it would evaporate before even making its way to the sump pump.
I called Crackmasters after getting recommended by my parents & old neighbours. I spoke with Tina over the phone who was VERY knowledgeable and went through their process with me. Knowing the age of my house, seeing photos of my concerns, and other key factors, she was able to determine that we only needed to fill the cracks.
Jose came by and filled the two cracks - he was very knowledgeable as well, and went through everything with me. I did have some water come through a week later after a heavy rain, and he came back to inspect and look further into the matter. It all looks good now, and I am happy with the results & customer service.
I am very pleased with their services, and that it's backed by a lifetime warranty. I would highly recommend Crackmasters to anyone :)
