  I was looking for my first condo lease in downtown Toronto and found Nicole to help me secure my first condo. Nicole is an exceptional real estate professional who was great at understanding my needs for my new home. With Toronto’s highly competitive condo rental market, I was really happy to have Nicole help guide me through the process. Her communication was excellent throughout the entire search. Nicole was able to meet with me on my schedule, during evenings and weekends for showings, (sometimes with only a few hours notice) She found me the perfect condo that met all of my criteria in a brand new building in the heart of downtown. I made the offer, and a few hours later I learned I was successful and now have my first condo! Or so I thought…. After the lease had been signed and agreed to by both parties, an unexpected situation came to light the day before I was to take possession of the condo, and for a few hours it looked like the perfect place that I thought was mine would not work out. But Nicole went the extra mile to determine how to best navigate this situation. She kept me at ease during the process and thought of additional clauses to add in to the lease to help protect my interests. Ultimately everything worked out in the end and thanks to Nicole I now have my first condo downtown. Highly recommended!! Thank you Nicole!

  From the moment I met Nicole, she always listened to my concerns and helped me work through the ins and outs of when to go on the market. She is very professional and knowledgeable and if she doesn't know the answer to your question she finds it out quickly. Thanks to Nicole, I was able to sell my condo at a price that far exceeded my expectations.. I would highly recommend Nicole to anybody looking to sell a condo or home in this crazy market.

  Hands down loved working with Nicole!
  
  As first time home buyers, my husband and I were very nervous about the whole idea, but Nicole competently guided us throughout. What stood out to us most was her level of commitment... there were times we knew we were not getting the deal, but Nicole would persist till the end of the bidding war and share insights on what she thinks happened. This really helped us be better prepared for the next bid. Her responses with both data and experience were incredibly helpful in making quick and smart decisions.
  
  The best part was that Nicole saved us ~ $20K on the home we bought. Frustrated by missing out on four lovely homes, we were ready to go over asking right away. However, she recommended going in at list price because there were no other offers... and we got it! yay

  Worked with Nicole to purchase our first home. Really can’t say enough good things about her. She is knowledgeable, approachable and responsive. She answered every question and explained every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Buying a home in this market is challenging, but working with Nicole made it as painless and straightforward as possible. We highly recommend Nicole.
