(August 15, 2021, 3:22 am)The staff are so friendly and approachable! I recently visited there to purchase some snacks and I noticed a labels on one of the products had been expired. I kindly asked them about it and they were so chill and patient with me. They made sure to get another employee on inspecting the other labels right away. Usually when you bring up this sort of concern, people’s instincts are to get defensive and dismissive, but the bulk barn staff are attentive and take your concerns seriously and professionally. I was very pleased. I was not, however, with my purchase of cheetos. They were kind of chewy instead of crunchy, and had a sour taste to them. I think they were expired for sure. Luckily I only paid $0.50 for them, and I can forgive the Bulk Barn for this fluke since they usually deliver with quality content. 4/5 stars from me!
