(March 3, 2020, 12:22 pm)Parts and Service has been slacking at this branch for quite sometime... maybe now with the new Brandt take over from Nortrax we may see some improvements in those areas. Field techs are knowledgeable about their machines and usually get the machine up and running same day or next. Parts supply is lacking though, long wait times on basic things and a lot of goof ups when it comes to logistics.

Also the after sales service and parts service from them is amazing. Everything seems to always be in stock. They even help me find parts for my Hitachi machines! Great work guys!
