(November 3, 2021, 3:59 pm)I Visited this place on the 25th of August 2021,at 12.40pm to open a bank account. It was bit crowded as they were working with a limited capacity between 12 to 4 pm. I interacted with the lady on the First counter near the entrance and she was kind and helpful. She mentioned that there was nobody available at that branch who could help me to open a bank account but she booked an appointment online at Mclaughlin and Derry Branch for the same. She also handed over a piece of paper with the appointment time and contact details of the person with whom I would be meeting with. I wish all the bank staffs are as polite and friendly as she was. This is located exactly at the Hurontario and Courtney Park intersection. It has a drive-through ATM and a bigger parking lot.
