She is quick with her replies, on the ball and super competitive with her rates. (In fact way better)
No matter how big or small the question is, she is on the other end with the answers.
A complete and utter pleasure to work with her. I highly recommend Alicia and BIG for car and home insurance needs.
The best thing is to have a happy friendly voice on the other end of the phone and the knowledge to know that the information is correct
